We currently ship to all major cities, towns, and pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or by our support team.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is placed successfully.

3. Shipping Timelines

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above a specified threshold (as displayed at checkout).
• A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Shipment Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us.
• In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply, or a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued.

7. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be undeliverable due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
• Recipient unavailable at the delivery address
• Refusal to accept the package

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt.
2. Contact us within 48 hours at woomendesign.store@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos.
3. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Q1. How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Q2. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Currently, we do not offer express or same-day delivery. We are working on expanding our delivery options in the future.

Q6. My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?

Please check with neighbours or your building reception first. If the package is still not found, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update at woomendesign.store@gmail.com. We will investigate with the courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.
