Return & Refund Policy

At Woomen Design, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only for products that are:

• Damaged during delivery

• Defective or faulty

• Incorrect item received

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

After the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout through Razorpay.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

• Items returned without original packaging

• Customized or altered products (if applicable)
